GrowLocal provides web-based tools that allow business owners and authorized managers to view, update, manage, and optimize their Google Business Profiles, publish local posts, and monitor customer reviews using official Google APIs.

3. Compliance with Google Business Profile Policies

Users must adhere to all applicable Google policies, including the Google Business Profile policies and guidelines. You agree not to:

• Publish misleading, deceptive, offensive, or prohibited content on Google Business listings.
• Submit automated spam or fraudulent reviews or replies.
• Attempt to misrepresent business ownership or authority.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and the Google OAuth permissions granted to GrowLocal. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

"Google," "Google My Business," and "Google Maps" are registered trademarks of Google LLC. GrowLocal is an independent platform and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowLocal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall GrowLocal or Techies Gateway be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
